Kuih Makmur is a traditional, tricky piece of the Malay kuih.
But, it has been a must in our family for generations.
My grandmother Zulaikha Omar learned the skill of making Makmur from her late Mom. And now, it’s our turn, the 3rd generation!

Originally the filling of our Makmur was peanuts. The size, was that of your curry puff. As time passed, my grandmother decided to give her Makmur, a new life and a new taste and experimented with new filling.
